Return policy


At BrandifyME, we strive to deliver products that meet your expectations. Because many of our items are custom-made or sourced specifically for each order, our return and cancellation policies are designed to ensure fairness and clarity.

1.  Returns 

  • Reporting Window: Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery
  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or if there is a clear deviation from the approved artwork/proof
  • Proof Required: All return requests must include supporting evidence (such as photos or videos). 
  • Approval: Returns must be approved by BrandifyME before items are sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. 
  • Condition: Items must be unused and returned in their original or acceptable packaging, wherever possible.

2.  Non-Returnable Items 

  • Customized or decorated items, unless defective or damaged at delivery, or not as per the approved artwork/proof.
  • Items reported after the 5-day window.
  • Items returned without prior  BrandifyME approval.
  • Products not in their original or acceptable condition. 

  • Products damaged due to customer handling, misuse, or use after delivery.

3.  Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Because BrandifyME products are often custom-made, supplier-sourced, or prepared specifically for each order, cancellation requests cannot be accepted after order placement.

Customers are requested to review all product details, quantities, artwork, customization selections, shipping information, and order details carefully before completing checkout.

No refund will be provided for cancellation requests after an order has been placed.

4.  Damaged or Incorrect Products 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as per the approved artwork/proof, BrandifyME will review the claim and may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, subject to approval.

Supporting photos or videos must be submitted within the reporting window.

5.  How to Request a Return

    To request a return, the customer must raise a return ticket through the BrandifyME website within the required time frame.

    The return ticket must include:

    • Order details
    • Reason for return
    • Photos or videos showing the issue
    • Any additional details requested in the return form

    BrandifyME will review the return ticket and provide the next steps if the request is approved.

    Please do not send any item back unless BrandifyME has approved the return and provided return instructions.

    6.  Refunds 

    Refunds are processed only after the request has been reviewed and approved by BrandifyME.

    For approved returns, refunds may be processed after the returned items are received and inspected, where applicable.

    Refund amounts will reflect any applicable restocking fees, supplier charges, or other approved deductions.

    BrandifyME will communicate the refund method and applicable timeline to the customer at the time of approval.
