Shipping Charges 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, delivery method, and destination. For high-volume or contractual B2B customers, negotiated shipping terms may apply. 

Shipment Tracking 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number to monitor delivery progress in real-time. 

Delivery Exceptions 

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the continental U.S. unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
